A leading technology company is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will create a reliable end-user computing experience by deploying well-configured desktop environments. Your responsibilities include building and troubleshooting desktop images, providing deskside support, and documenting service requests. Strong experience with MECM (SCCM), Windows troubleshooting, and Active Directory is essential. This is an onsite position that requires presence 5 days a week.
