Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA, HP ALM.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, UFT and Headspin is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, agile environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
