• Answer inbound phone calls and emails related to orders
• Process, research, and escrow spare part, tool, and radioactive source orders
• Track shipments, backorders, and delivery exceptions
• Expedite orders and resolve semi‑complex fulfillment issues
• Reconcile shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Minimum of 1+ year of professional work experience
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with SAP systems, though not required
