Senior DevOps Engineer – Mandarin Speaking

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Eligibility to work for any employer (no sponsorship provided)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related area
• 4–6 years of practical experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
• Strong proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• In‑depth understanding of core cloud services such as VPC, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, RDS, and IAM
• Comprehensive knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, or Code Build
• Proficient in monitoring, logging, and tracing systems like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Open Telemetry
• Skills in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Shell, or Go)
• Strong analytical, system design, and complex troubleshooting skills
• Effective cross‑team communication; experience in leading technical knowledge sharing is a plus

• Design, develop, and sustain a unified operations and platform management system
• Build and manage observability platforms and CI/CD pipelines, creating self‑healing systems and automated incident response workflows
• Establish Dev Ops development standards and best practices, driving the standardization of the Dev Ops toolchain
• Offer platform‑level technical support to product and engineering teams, diagnosing and addressing complex system issues
• Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices; organize training and technical sharing sessions
• Conduct technical research, track industry trends, assess new technologies, and foster continuous improvement of the operations platform
