This is what you will doThe Lead, Medical Communications is a senior member of the Medical Affairs team responsible for leading Medical Information and Communications strategy and execution for the AIR Business Unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Medical Information
:
Manage MIRs, oversee processes, generate insights, support congress activities. - Medical Review
:
Lead MRB and PRB for promotional and non‑promotional materials, ensure scientific accuracy. - General Medical Affairs & Communications
:
Direct communication strategy across AIR portfolio, support content creation, vendor oversight.
- Advanced scientific degree (Pharm
D, PhD, MD) and 8+ years in Medical Communications or related fields. - Launch experience and strong scientific expertise.
- Knowledge of US medical information standards and regulations.
- Experience with life science systems (Veeva, document management).
- Cross‑functional leadership, project planning, and adaptability.
- Medical Information residency or advanced science degree with demonstrated experience.
- Experience in Medical Strategy and Publication Planning.
- Respiratory therapeutic knowledge.
Hybrid role based in Cary, NC. Travel 15‑30%.
