Overview
Pediatric Physical Therapist (Part-Time) —
Location:
981 High House Road, Cary, North Carolina. Job Type: Part-time - 2 afternoon/evenings per week. Salary: $50-$55 per visit (compensation based on experience). This role offers potential to grow to full-time or serve as a flexible option for those supplementing another position or maintaining skills. Our highest demand is after school/evenings, with current hours Tuesday and Wednesday, 3–8 p.m., adjustable for the right candidate.
- Designing and delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions that promote functional gains and engage each child in the therapy process
- Partnering with families through education, guidance, and encouragement to support carryover and progress at home
- Timely documentation
- Continuously assessing each child’s response to intervention, making data-driven adjustments to maximize outcomes
- Collaborating closely with the care team, both within physical therapy and across disciplines, to coordinate and refine individualized treatment plans
- Current North Carolina PT License
- Prefer 1-2 years pediatric experience but will consider new grad or orthopedic therapist with strong interest in pediatrics
