We're all about providing high-quality, in-home ABA Therapy to kiddos with autism spectrum disorder. We help children- from infants to teens- build their communication, social and daily living skills that set them up for success.
Your Role:- Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
- Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
- Keep track of progress using our easy-to-use data collection system.
- Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

- Behavior Technician (BT) we will guide you through the process of becoming registered, providing you with the competency required and reimbursing you for the registration fees.
- We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours.
- Join our BCBA tuition scholarship & tuition reimbursement program.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
- Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course.
- Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
- Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- Pass a criminal background check
- Part-time after school hours. 10-20 hours per week
- Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed
