Located in Burlington and the surrounding areas, we are seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists who are eager to deliver play‑based ABA therapy not just in homes, but also in communities, schools, and clinics.

Competitive & Transparent Pay:
Cortica has the only fully transparent pay model in the ABA field. Your compensation is directly tied to your experience and education level, and you are guaranteed a minimum of a 3% increase every 12 months.
- High School/Associate:
Earn between $20.08 and $23.98 per hour. - Bachelor's Degree:
Earn between $21.28 and $25.42 per hour. - Master's Degree:
Earn between $22.56 and $26.94 per hour.
Guaranteed Part‑Time Hours Program:
Choose 20 hours per week (3‑7 pm, 4 days a week) or 15 hours per week (3‑7 pm, three days a week, including Friday) and enjoy consistent, predictable hours.
Compensation for Travel:
We offer mileage reimbursement and compensation for driving time.
Reliable Cancellation Policy & Guaranteed Compensation:
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we schedule a substitute session or provide compensation for administrative work.
Referral Bonus:
Earn a $500 bonus for a full‑time referral or $250 for a part‑time placement.
Begin with two weeks of paid training. Within your first 45 days you will earn a Board‑Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certificate.
Collaborative EnvironmentYou will work alongside Medical Doctors, Counselors, Therapists, and other team members to craft personalized care for each family.
