Accounting Manager​/Supervisor

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Supervisor to oversee key financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are correctly recorded.

- Conduct and support financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

- Prepare and review journal entries to support accounting operations.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

- Train and mentor team members to support their growth and attention to detail.

- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

- Expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management.

- Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
