The Vice President Project Management is responsible for managing projects and activities required to develop and maintain the department. As the VP Project Management
, you will prepare, coordinate, and manage project activities with management, vendors and end users, while ensuring adherence to project timelines, standards and budgets.

• Work with internal clients to understand their needs and assess business processes and workflows
• Coordinate among multiple client areas to deliver solutions on time and on budget
• Minimize risk and formulate contingency plans; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
• Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions
• Maintain and publish status reporting to track progress in achieving plan goals and objectives
• Administer management routines to review plan progress with company leadership
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
• 7+ years in analyst/project management role with financial services, mortgage banking, consulting firm
• Conversant with technical and critical components of planning and organizational development disciplines
• Contemporary knowledge of business concepts, life cycles, and processes
• Project or program management professional preferred

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$95,000 - $155,000
