The Global Finance team at SAS is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely financial consolidation and compliance with global reporting standards, supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. This position will strengthen internal controls and streamline reporting processes, reducing risk and improving efficiency for Finance leadership.

• Prepare the consolidated financial statements, inclusive of footnotes and other financial information, in compliance with US GAAP.
• Design global operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate consolidation, analysis, and financial reporting.
• Supervise the processing of all year‑end reporting requirements.
• Lead global audits and special projects.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
• Experience preparing or supporting SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q) and related disclosures for a public company.
• Lead compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.

• 12+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including 5 years in consolidations and US GAAP reporting. Experience with a public multinational company is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, including 2 years in a formal management position.
• Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
