Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual‑versus‑plan analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit.

• Execution KPI framework design – Business Health Dashboard execution
• Lead on cross FI functional topics (staff meetings, CAPAs, trainings, people management, team culture, share drive, Org changes)

• Lead planning cycle timelines and execution (MTA, M , FC)
• Present & track key KPIs (Revenue & Cost Reviews, proactive)
• Scenario planning and margin analysis (Best / Worst Case)

• Partner with cost center owners
• Introduce structure and transparency
• Track cost and gross profit actions (cost beyond Opex)
• Lead for all executive presentations, follow‑up action items, and outbound HQ communications

• Act as finance liaison to productivity projects
• Link transformation goals to financial impact
• Propose governance tracking models
• Finance framework for productivity, partner accountability, tracking

• Backoffice Cost Center Controlling – Partner with cost center owners
• Opex reporting and controlling
• Introduce structure, transparency (Business and BL, review), and accountability
• Track cost and gross profit actions (cost beyond Opex)

• Service Headquarter project lead for reporting and performance controlling

Min $137,650 – Max $206,470. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission‑eligible position, commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
