Job Purpose

Apply your designer mind and hands in an introduction to exciting land development projects. With a seat at the table, you will support your fellow designers and absorb the land development process. Learn the craft, positively impact project goals, and understand what it means to be Forward Thinking while developing Grounded Design principles.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research ordinances, standards, and development guidelines to drive the team toward success.
  • Produce site designs, calculations, and reports for of a wide variety of site/civil projects for public and private sector clients, including site layouts, grading and erosion control plans, drainage and stormwater calculations, and utility collection and distribution plans.
  • Actively participate in plan production efforts and work to develop client solutions consistent with the standards of regulatory agencies, our clients, and our Firm.

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
