Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineering Program Manager to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast‑paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi‑disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, solar, and/or mining is especially relevant.

• Target and generate new opportunities
• Manage project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality
• Oversee pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns, and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
• Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and drive customer value
• Nurture and grow client relationships
• Support the achievement of professional staff’s career goals

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) (Required)

• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary design, permitting, and construction as a consultant
• Ability to actively develop and maintain client relationships
• Capability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts
• Understanding of financial management of projects
• 12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience
