Associate Instrumentation & Controls Engineer - Power Generation

Join our team as an Associate I&C Engineer in Power Generation. This role supports technical design, procurement, coordination, and oversight for power plant I&C systems.

• Support a team of I&C engineers and assist in technical design, procurement, planning and coordination for power plants.
• Generate engineering design documents and deliverables for power plant systems.
• Prepare design documents: logic diagrams, network architecture, instrument lists, I/O lists, installation details, schematics, wiring drawings, calculations, studies, specifications.
• Mentor lower‑level engineers and review their work.

• Previous I&C design experience for large‑scale power plants.
• Experience with control system network architecture diagrams, I/O lists, instrument data sheets, control narratives, control logic diagrams, P&IDs, and procurement specifications.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and process automation system applications and selection.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn power industry processes and procedures.
• Flexible to work extra hours when required by client or project.

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program and at least 1 year of related work experience.

Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.

Typical office environment; may require some site visits for physical tasks such as crouching, grasping, and standing/walking for extended periods.
