As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll run the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across both sides of our business:
- B2B (Apparel, Health & Wellness): pipeline, sales support, and account‑based programs.
- B2C (Weight loss / Me Three Sixty ): user acquisition, activation, and retention.
This is a hands‑on role for a builder. You’ll shape how growth is done at Size Stream, not inherit legacy processes. You’ll work across channels, test quickly, and use data to raise performance. You’ll also bring a modern, AI‑first approach to personalization, content creation, and workflow automation. You’ll have direct ownership of growth outcomes across B2B and B2C.
This role suits someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and stay close to numbers.
Responsibilities- Design and run multi‑channel campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) targeting enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
- Own pipeline targets for B2B and acquisition/retention metrics for B2C.
- Run integrated programs across email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, mobile app channels, and outbound campaigns.
- Manage outside agencies and ensure they’re aligned with our ICPs in apparel, health, and weight management.
- Move accounts and users through the full funnel: awareness → engagement → consideration → decision → retention → advocacy.
- Create clear campaign briefs with goals, timelines, and KPIs.
- Work directly with Sales, Client Success, and Leadership to align account targeting, messaging, and lead flow.
- Translate technical product value into simple, outcome‑focused messaging for both business buyers and consumers.
- Develop repeatable playbooks to scale what works.
- Track performance and improve campaigns week over week.
- Build and refine landing pages, onboarding flows, nurture paths, and mobile acquisition funnels.
- Develop dashboards that highlight ROI, velocity, and marketing‑sourced revenue.
- Test new channels and creative formats using AI‑powered tools for faster iteration.
- 4-7 years in B2B SaaS and/or B2C growth marketing at a small to mid‑sized company, ideally with experience in health, fitness, or apparel tech.
- Proven success in multi‑channel digital acquisitions such as Linked In, Google, SEO/SEM, and email automation.
- Proven success leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Demonstrated results optimizing customer acquisition tools such as Hub Spot, App Store Ads, Meta ads, Google UAC to drive sales pipeline development, improved acquisition cost, Monthly Active Users, and conversion lifts.
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation, enrichment, testing, and optimization.
- Ability to stay organized, work cross‑functionally, and deliver on business needs, while embracing rapid experimentation, pivoting to embrace better performing outcomes.
- Strong data instincts and the drive to improve metrics, not just report them.
- Proven ability to operate in small teams or startup environments, where you are responsible for both strategy and execution.
