Successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice looking for a board certified, qualified, and enthusiastic associate/partner to join our team in North Carolina. Beaches, lakes, and mountains are all close by! We are expanding our brand to a new location in the NC Triangle area and know there will be future expansions as well.

Must possess leadership skills to direct, guide, and motivate the team. We thrive in our culture of excellence, and we are an established dental implant brand. Currently, our practice concentrates on in-office procedures, mainly dento-alveolar surgeries, grafts, pathology, and implants. Full hospital privileges including facial plastics, with NO hospital call.

Salary Range: 1st year & 2nd year is offered a Guaranteed Base Salary of $400,000/year; 3rd year and beyond is offered a Base Salary of $350,000 + % of collections (avg. of $650,000/year 1st and 2nd year of partnership / $750K avg after that); $100,000 BONUS within the first year of employment.

Practice Platform: PPO Ins - No Medicaid.
Experience: New Grad or Experienced.
License/Certification: NC Dental License (Preferred).
