Key Responsibilities:Admin/Clinical dual position
- Assist the dentist chairside during clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and maintain sterilization protocols
- Take dental X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Coordinate scheduling for recommended treatment
- Review insurance benefits and financial options with patients
- Support case acceptance through patient education and follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical and treatment documentation
- Work closely with the clinical and front office teams
- Previous dental office experience required
- Dental Assistant certification, CPR, and X-ray license (as required by state)
- Sedation and Phlebotomy certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
