Key Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line customer contact for order management and execution.
- Acknowledge and enter customer purchase orders into Oracle ERP promptly.
- Coordinate inventory, shipping schedules, and contingency planning for product shortages.
- Prepare and review international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, regulatory labels, customs paperwork).
- Ensure compliance with state and international regulatory requirements for labeling and documentation.
- Provide timely updates on open orders and invoice orders within 24 hours of shipment.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
- Proven experience in international shipping and documentation (customs, regulatory compliance, export paperwork).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex documentation and deadlines across multiple countries.
- Bilingual preferred.
