Locations: Aberdeen NC, Sanford NC , Garner NC, Raleigh NC , Biscoe NC, Dunn NC
Day travel to sites will be required, personal vehicle will be driven w/ mileage reimbursed.
Job Description- Develop detailed substation construction and maintenance work packages, including labor estimates, sequencing, materials, and equipment planning.
- Coordinate with Construction, Project Management, and Grid Operations to execute high-priority capital and O&M projects.
- Produce manpower forecasts, duration estimates, and track variances between planned and actual work hours.
- Ensure NERC compliance and support switching, tagging, and clearance coordination activities.
- Conduct site walkdowns and identify safety, environmental, and operational risks prior to execution.
