Echo Park is seeking a Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the post‑sale guest experience, focusing on service‑related concerns and ensuring high satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and online reviews. This position is well‑suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the automotive industry. Candidates with Service Advisor experience—minus the sales component—may thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule repair appointments and greet guests in service lanes.
• Generate estimates, write repair orders, and follow up with guests.
• Act as the primary contact for mechanical or cosmetic concerns during the warranty period.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Provide loaner vehicles and ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Maintain transparent, timely, and friendly communication with guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in a dealership or aftermarket shop.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with OEM service schedules, warranty policies, and extended service contracts.
• Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn and take ownership.
