Data Entry Associate – Mas Tec Power Delivery

The Data Entry Associate records and validates information for transmission to other Mas Tec offices, personnel, and customers, supporting office operations and working cross‑functionally.

• Track document receipt and completion dates.
• Review discrepancies in received data, request clarification, and perform data validation per company procedures.
• Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and compiling data for routine reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• 1+ year in a similar role requiring attention to detail, proficiency in typing, and keying data.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners. The position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
