Shift: Sunday - Friday 11pm-7am

* What you will do:

*** Lead and instruct warehouse personnel
* Create and maintain a proactive work environment
* Directly train warehouse personnel
* Department quality - stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of warehouse personnel
* Pre-plan work assignments for warehouse personnel
* Coordinate workload with other lead person and departments to improve efficiency
* Issue disciplinary action as necessary to employees
* Prepare and issue performance evaluations to employees
* Participate in evaluating potential new hires with warehouse manager
* Notify warehouse manager of any unusual problems
* Maintain company policies, safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
* Assist in evaluating the receiving function for maximum efficiency
* Assist in evaluating the warehouse locations for maximum efficiency
* Monitor warehouse bar-code system: check for errors to assure accuracy
** What you need
*
* Required:

* High School or GED
* Minimum 5 years warehouse experience Preferred
* Associates degree
* Experience with Skyjacks, Electrical Hand-jacks, and other equipment
* Experience with Warehouse Software and working with computer interfacing#INDGQOTravel Percentage: 0%
