We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in Full Truck Load (FTL) OTR dispatching and a proven track record in managing a team, we want to hear from you.

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all customer inquiries.
- Ensure all trucks are consistently staffed with qualified drivers, maintaining timely deliveries with minimal downtime between shipments.
- Monitor and evaluate driver performance, providing actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts involving drivers or customers, maintaining a high level of service.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Expand our customer and partner network by establishing and nurturing new business relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance dispatch efficiency and overall productivity.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new dispatchers and drivers as required.
- 3+ years of experience in Full Truck Load (FTL) OTR dispatching.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of dispatchers and drivers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in cloud-based suites such as Office 365, GSuite, and dispatch‑related technology.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
