OTR Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you have at least 2 years of verifiable experience in Full Truck Load (FTL) OTR dispatching and experience with booking freight on load boards, we encourage you to apply.

• Book loads with our customer and partner network, ensuring optimal load planning and scheduling.
• Proactively monitor and communicate load details to partners and drivers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage inbound calls and emails from drivers and partners, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure route completion via the driver delivery process, monitoring progress and resolving issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FMCSA DOT regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all operations adhere to industry standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full Truck Load (FTL) OTR dispatching and/or freight brokering in the transportation industry.
• Proven experience booking spot freight on platforms such as DAT or Truckstop.
• Solid understanding of FMCSA DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in cloud-based suites such as Office 365, GSuite, and dispatch-related technology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays and/or after-hours driver support.

• A valid CDL is a plus, though not required.
