We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented Assembly Machine Operator / Medical Kit Assembler to join our production team. This role requires fast-paced repetitive work, assembling medical kits, and performing final packaging duties. Physical stamina is essential, as the position involves stacking boxes and lifting 20–40 lbs.

• ?? Assemble medical kits on the production line.
• ?? Perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a high‑speed environment.
• ?? Ensure accurate final packaging of all materials.
• ??️ Stack boxes onto pallets.
• ?? Lift/move 20–40 lb items throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.30 – $26.30/hr
