* What you will do:

*** Advanced knowledge of motion controls, industrial controls, electrical and pneumatic operations, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery issues.
* Proficient in diagnosing and resolving electrical/control failures of production machines, ensuring timely repairs to eliminate recurring problems.
* Strong ability to design and implement electrical power, safety, and control systems to meet performance requirements.
* Provides process and systemic improvements, working with engineering teams on projects to enhance machine efficiencies and reduce production costs.
* Leads non-conformance investigations, utilizing Practical Problem-Solving tools to improve processes and eliminate issues.
* Responsible for maintaining inventory of essential spare parts, ordering electrical and PLC components as needed, and ensuring adequate supplies for repairs.
* Open to overtime and off-hours support, including nights and weekends, to address emergency breakdowns.
* Partners with Engineering on improvement projects, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and provides support for technical reports and training opportunities for technicians.
** What you need:
** Required* High School Diploma or GED
* 5+ Years of related Industrial Maintenance experience, minimum
* Experience with Electrical, Controls, and troubleshooting PLC’sPreferred
* Associate Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance or Engineering, with 4 years of Industrial Maintenance experience, or
* Bachelor’s of Science, in Engineering, with 1+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
