Coating Machine Helper-2nd Shift

Overview

The Coating Machine Helper, under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, assists the machine operator in the daily production needs of the Coating Machine, and monitors workspace for safety and cleanliness. The Coating Machine Helper reports to the Production Supervisor and interacts with all levels of the company to ensure customer specifications and quality guidelines are met.

• Assist the machine operator in the daily production needs of the Coating Machine
• Monitor workspace for safety and cleanliness
• Interact with all levels of the company to ensure customer specifications and quality guidelines are met

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests
• 1+ year of experience in complex auto mechanical, coating machine, lamination machine or extrusion machine operation
• Ability to read and use a ruler/tape measure; forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read and determine footage required for the job
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Physical activity involves lifting, bending, crouching, walking, sitting/standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift

• 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F
