Supply Chain Analyst

Pay: $35–40/hour (based on experience)

Contract: 12‑month contract (likely extension or conversion)

Location: Hybrid | Cary, IL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring inbound material flow from suppliers
• Developing and maintaining supply plans and production schedules
• Analyzing material requirements and coordinating with Procurement, R&D, and Engineering
• Supporting forecasting, S&OP / IBP, and operations planning activities
• Maintaining planning parameters within ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock)
• Communicating order status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Preparing reports and analyses to support service, inventory, and cost objectives

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
• Exposure to contracts or contract management processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Collaborative mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environment
