We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

* Build, test, and troubleshoot products and prototypes.

* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assist engineers in developing and improving new and existing products.

* Perform testing and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, written procedures, or defined plans.

* Assist in developing and refining measurement techniques.

* Document procedures, steps, and methods used during prototyping and testing.

Requirements:

* Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered).

* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Solid Works is a plus.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as analyzers, meters, impedance measurement instruments, digital multimeters, and thermal measurement tools.
