This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales/Estimator/Project Manager located in Cary, IL. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities, providing accurate project estimates, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Daily tasks include consulting with property owners on projects, performing inspections, preparing detailed bids, negotiating contracts, and managing projects from inception to completion. The role also entails coordinating teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery, while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal staff.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Sales and Business Development experience, including the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals
- Proficiency in Project Estimation, with attention to detail and accuracy in preparing bids and quotes
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about roofing, siding, gutters, or related construction materials and methods
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to oversee and manage projects effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in the construction or insurance restoration industry is highly advantageous
