Entry level position for a high-energy person who has little or no experience in the automotive industry but possesses the motivation to learn all aspects of a Merlin Complete Auto Care operation.
Responsibilities- Works closely with other shop technicians and managers in any capacity required to ensure smooth shop operation.
- The primary responsibilities of this position include a wide spectrum from errands and housekeeping to learning the proper use of shop equipment and performing basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- May possess little or no automotive service background.
- Might have some technical school or high school auto shop training.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and be able to communicate effectively.
- High energy levels and the ability to work hard are a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
