Bay State Physical Therapy - Rehab Aide

Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a dedicated Rehab Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide front‑desk coverage by greeting and checking patients in.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

• Assisting physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with patient treatment.
• Maintaining therapy equipment.
• Assisting the front‑desk team with patient check‑in.
• Providing an outstanding experience for patients, contributing to our 99 % patient satisfaction score.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle some heavy lifting, up to 25 pounds.

• Strong computer skills.
