Job Description: United Trades of America is seeking motivated and reliable Construction General Laborers to join our team in Henderson, Texas. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks to ensure project completion and success.

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

• Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
