Position: Contract CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
* 8-Week Local Contract
Location: Aspire Senior Living Carthage - Carthage, MO
Contract Duration: 8-Week Local Contract; 12hrs Shift Evenings or Nights
Pay: $25hr

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Contract CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join us on an 8-week local contract. This is a great opportunity for a caring and dependable Contract CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) looking for a meaningful role with potential for long-term employment.
Contract CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
- Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
