• Follow directions of Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel on daily production duties.
• Observe equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Provide accurate, timely feedback to supervisor regarding any production issues.
• Help coordinate daily equipment set‑up to ensure the line is ready to run on time.
• Complete required checks and measurements, recording them accurately.
• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure a quality product.
• Assist with new‑hire ergonomic evaluations and performance evaluations.
• Position required to work before department start time to assist with area set‑ups.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours.
• Remain flexible to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre‑employment physical.
• Must be able to use basic math and typing skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.

• Follow all safety, USDA, and GMP policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions and policies.
• Work in a team atmosphere and provide good leadership skills.
• Possess working knowledge of all positions on the line.
• Perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Some positions may require English literacy skills.

• Constant alertness in a safe manner.
• Standing for 8 hours a day or more.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to and including 50 lbs.
• Reaching overhead up to and including 25 lbs.
• Working at heights and below knee levels.
• Bending and stooping for short periods of time.
• Use of wrists, hands, and fingers for gripping, grasping, and twisting.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, ability to adjust focus.

• Work in a food processing plant with high noise, storage coolers, damp and cold environments.
• Work with raw and/or cooked meat and around processing equipment.
• Require extended hours and wet environments, standing for long periods.
• Wear and use personal protective equipment.
• No travel required.
