** Job Description
**** RESUMO DO CARGO:
** Um inspetor escolar ou inspetor de alunos é um profissional da área de educação responsável por zelar pela disciplina, segurança e bem-estar dos alunos dentro da escola, supervisionando seu comportamento, mediando conflitos, orientando o cumprimento de regras e atuando em apoio ao corpo pedagógico e administrativo da instituição.  Suas funções incluem monitorar os alunos em diversos espaços escolares, auxiliar na organização de eventos, fiscalizar o uso de áreas comuns e, em muitos casos, preencher relatórios e intervir em situações problemáticas para garantir um ambiente escolar harmonioso e seguro.
** PRINCIPAIS

RESPONSABILIDADES:

*** Monitorar o comportamento dos alunos nas dependências da escola.
* Orientar e garantir o cumprimento das normas disciplinares.
* Acompanhar os alunos nos horários de entrada, saída, intervalo e troca de aulas.
* Prevenir situações de risco ou conflito, intervindo quando necessário.
* Auxiliar na organização de filas, eventos e atividades escolares.
* Comunicar à coordenação qualquer ocorrência relevante.
* Colaborar com professores, coordenação e demais funcionários.
** HABILIDADES, QUALIFICAÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIAS:
*** Ensino médio completo.
* Experiência anterior em ambiente escolar ou com atendimento ao público (desejável).
* Boa comunicação, postura ética e firmeza na condução de situações.
* Capacidade de lidar com crianças e adolescentes com empatia e autoridade.
* Disponibilidade para trabalhar em período integral.
** INFORMAÇÕES DA VAGA:
** Salário: 1.900,00

Vale-Alimentação: 250,00

Horário: A combinar.
44 horas semanais.
