Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for clients, you will engage with them through telephone, email, and online chat, provide support and detailed information about our wide range of banking products and services, field customer inquiries, address complaints, and forward concerns to the appropriate staff for timely resolution.

To thrive as a Customer Service Representative you must possess excellent communication skills, including active listening and a service‑oriented mindset. You should be able to resolve customer grievances with empathy and professionalism, possess proficient computer skills, and be able to learn new software quickly.
