Relationship Banker – Bilingual role at Arvest Bank

Location:

425 W Central Ave, Carthage, Missouri.

Pay Range: $19.46 – $23.11 per hour.

External hires are eligible for a $500 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 7:40 am–5:45 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:40 am–12:15 pm. Flexibility required.

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept loan applications and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service: acknowledge every customer promptly, greet with a smile, introduce yourself, use eye contact and thank the customer, and follow the complaint process for satisfaction.
• Open and process deposit accounts from simple to highly complex.
• Answer and assist customers’ questions and concerns, including deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking business.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products and services, including digital services, and support customer usage of convenient solutions.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Use sound judgment in applying bank standards, policies and procedures regarding customers.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, BSA/AML Program and related compliance training.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFEs Act registration or ability to register within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• For Level 2 and Level 3 positions, achievement of defined competencies and successful progression through prior levels required.
