$18–$22 an hour plus commission and on‑call bonuses. Completing training classes raises the hourly rate by $1 per class; the company covers all class costs.

This role performs emergency cleanup after fire and water losses, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning. The technician calculates drying equipment requirements, uses the company’s Drying Workbook software to track work and document drying progress, and must be capable of driving the company vehicle.

• Perform restoration and specialized cleaning for flood, fire, and mold damage.
• Assess sites and calculate the amount of drying equipment required.
• Use Drying Workbook software to record work and track drying progress.
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, insurance agents, and adjusters.
• Travel to different job sites each day and work independently or with a team.
• Be on call for 24‑hour emergency service duties, including nights and weekends.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and a team player capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Prior training or certification in I.I.C.R.C. (preferred).

Full‑time (hourly). Compensation depends on experience, training, and certifications.
