Job Description

AFI is expanding its national presence and seeks a passionate Sales Representative to ignite growth, nurture leads and build strong industry relationships. The role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and coordinating sales activities with both marketing and the senior sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation – identify and pursue potential leads through research, networking and targeted outreach focused on the fragrance industry.
  • Qualify Prospects – evaluate leads to ensure alignment with AFI’s products, cultivating relationships that progress to successful engagements.
  • Schedule Meetings – coordinate with the sales team to set up demonstrations and keep track of the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – develop and implement strategies that amplify lead generation and conversion.
  • Market Analysis – monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to shape sales tactics.
  • Client Relationship Management – maintain ongoing communication with potential clients via updates, follow‑ups and relationship building initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
