General Manager

Overview

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a few "sports minded" individuals who are self‑motivated and eager to prove themselves in a career‑launching opportunity as a General Manager for our Cartersville, GA retail store. A Team Leasing promotes from within based on performance, not seniority.

This role offers experience in customer deliveries, sales, customer service, collections, inventory control, and marketing. You will be reviewed twice a year and have opportunities for raises during your review and upon promotion. We also offer monthly bonuses based on individual and store performance, a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits program, and a 401(k) with a matching contribution.

• Learn and drive the business from the ground floor up.
