Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time flower merchandiser and bring color and joy to our customers' lives through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will visit each store to display flowers beautifully and delight shoppers.

We provide a planned route, training, and tools to support your success.

• Pay: $15.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am–2:00pm;
  Saturday 7:00am–1:00pm.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) prepare stores for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Bend, stretch, lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (Nov–May).
