Cartersville Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse LPN/RN to join our team at our 118‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Cartersville, Georgia. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while also leading and mentoring our team of nursing professionals.

• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
• Administer injections of medication and immunizations
• Record and maintain accurate medical histories

Schedule:

Full-time, First shift, 7am - 7:30pm

• Candidate should hold a valid Georgia RN or LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience
