• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and dressing
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical histories
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
