Manufacturing Maintenance Manager Cartersville, GA area
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a non-union manufacturing facility just outside of the Cartersville, GA area. This role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and leading a skilled technical team across both traditional and automated production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team
- Champion plant safety and safe work practices
- Drive preventive maintenance execution and PM compliance
- Improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory
- Coordinate with automation teams and outside contractors
- Partner with plant leadership on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Durable goods manufacturing operation
- Two-shift production schedule
- Electrical and mechanical systems
- Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting
- Combination of traditional and automated production lines
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming a plus)
- Preventive maintenance and CMMS experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Durable goods manufacturing background
- Six Figure base salary plus bonus
