Trinity Rail Maintenance Services, Inc is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Career Chemical Cleaner in our Cartersville, GA plant. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy.

The Career Chemical Cleaner determines and completes appropriate cleaning process of product. Handles and maintains cleaning equipment and materials including hazardous chemicals. Applies knowledge of chemicals and cleaning procedures for assignment. Follows all safety rules and practices. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Has basic understanding of water blasting or abrasive blasting
• Purges surfaces with water and or non-hazardous chemicals
• Operates hand‑held blast
• Maintains and troubleshoots equipment and work environment
• May be involved in committees or initiatives
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Determine and complete appropriate cleaning process of product
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and materials including hazardous chemicals
• Apply knowledge of chemicals and cleaning procedures for assignment
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks
• Familiar with a broad variety of field’s concepts, practices and procedures
• May operate specialized equipment that requires advanced skills
• Must be able to work in confined space with full hazmat gear

• Must be willing to work 2nd shift hours 2:00pm - 12:30pm and all required overtime and first shift occasionally if required
