Manufacturing Production, Assembly
The Production Floater supports manufacturing operations by rotating among multiple production areas as needed to maintain workflow, meet production goals, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
JOB DUTIESPerform production tasks across multiple departments or workstations as assigned
Assist with machine operation, material handling, assembly, packaging, or inspection
Maintain production efficiency by filling in for absent employees or high‑volume areas
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions
Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Accurately complete required production or quality documentation
Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, labels, and safety documentation
- Basic math and record‑keeping skills
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
- Frequently will push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently must be able to work in moderate noise, up to 83 decibels.
- Exposure to noise environment requires hearing protection.
- Must be able and willing to work in non‑temperature‑controlled environment, exposed to weather conditions.
