• Manage end-to-end workforce management for in-house and BPO contact centers, including forecasting and capacity planning
• Lead short-term and long-term workforce planning, ensuring accuracy across all channels and time zones
• Conduct detailed workforce analytics to drive data-backed staffing decisions and optimize performance
• Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet service level and cost per contact targets
• Monitor and optimize workforce efficiency and cost metrics, delivering actionable insights through operational updates

• 5+ years of workforce management experience supporting customer support or contact center operations
• Proven ownership of contact forecasting and capacity planning across in-house and BPO teams
• Experience in optimizing and administering workforce management tools and systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing offshore or third-party BPO partners
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated, high-growth environments
