What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage end-to-end workforce management for in-house and BPO contact centers, including forecasting and capacity planning
- Lead short-term and long-term workforce planning, ensuring accuracy across all channels and time zones
- Conduct detailed workforce analytics to drive data-backed staffing decisions and optimize performance
- Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet service level and cost per contact targets
- Monitor and optimize workforce efficiency and cost metrics, delivering actionable insights through operational updates
- 5+ years of workforce management experience supporting customer support or contact center operations
- Proven ownership of contact forecasting and capacity planning across in-house and BPO teams
- Experience in optimizing and administering workforce management tools and systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing offshore or third-party BPO partners
- Background in fintech or other highly regulated, high-growth environments
