Job Details:

• 2 years of nursing experience required

• Unit accepts first-time travelers

• Patient ratio of 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends

• Every other weekend schedule required

• No call responsibilities

• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• Community hospital experience preferred

• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations

• Skills include use of rapid response/code teams, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, and isolation precautions/PPE

• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed

• Holiday work requirements: work one holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two of three if three fall during assignment

• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract

• Two supervisory references highly preferred at time of submission

• Orientation hours determined by contract length and are non-billable

• Modules completed during orientation and vary by specialty
